Jamelia Donaldson is a woman on a mission; she wants British Black women to feel appreciated and cared for starting with their hair. Jamelia found her calling when she found herself without her favorite tools and hair products while out of town. That experience made her take a closer look at the lack of hair care products available to Black women in the U.K. In that moment, Jamelia knew she had to do something about it. Her solution? A monthly subscription box full of products just for curly, coily or kinky hair. Jamelia's story reminds us that even the smallest inconveniences can lead to profound change.
